Summary
One night before the Enterprise is set to go on another mission into deep space, McCoy realizes that Kirk never had a really decent childhood. So when he sees Kirk beginning to get a bit...overexcited...when they go on shore leave, he decides to be a little less of his grumpy self and instead help preserve some of these memories for his friend.
