Wounded and alone, Nightmare falls to his death in an unknown AU. Shortly after, a patient in critical condition is assigned to you at the bitty hospital…
In the meantime, a gang of murderers turn dimensions over searching for their lost leader, and the multiverse falls more into disarray the longer Nightmare is out of commission.
