It wasn't uncommon for the great edger Allan poe to get himself into some tricky situations, expesualy now that he was involved with the guild. It wasn't his fault really, he had multiple qualities that made him the perfect victim. He was rich, close relationship with several important people, and he was scrony.
Which is why it came to no one's surprise when he woke up tide up in the basement of someone's house... again.

"The Crimson Isle", he says and watches as the faces surrounding him scrunch in either a sheepish attempt to hide their laughter or a wince.
"The ... Crimson Isle", Yosano asks with a raised eyebrow, the puzzled amusement clear in her tone. No-one else dares to speak, lest they get on the captain's wrong side. Yosano Akiko has no such fears. She's known the man who is regularly referred to with the words daunting, aggressive, psychopathic and ruthless for a few years now, and sure, the man has his bad days, but the rumours are laughably inaccurate. As they usually are with placated bounty-hunted pirates.
But as of the moment he speaks of a place from a children's tale, Yosano is not sure she can take Dazai seriously.

Lately, Akutagawa has been visiting the decective agency, and by that, it means randomly appearing on a window next to Atsuhi's desk. It seems that after the recent events Akutagawa's focus has switched from Dazai to Atsuhi, saying that "the weretiger is mt ordeal" however... The way he goes about this can be missinterpreted by the other man...
On a side note we have Sigma adjusting to his new life as being part of the agency and Nikolai trying to pass the entrance exam for the 8th time in a week.

They're messing with his head, and he's cracking open a heart that he thought was long closed off to the world.
