Peter hurried back to his table, slipping into his chair, relief coursing through him. He looked to the teacher, only to realise that they whole class was staring at him.
“What?”
“Did you just call Pepper Potts mum?” Gabe blurted out.
Peter frowned. “Yes.”
“No way is she your mum,” Flash argued.
“Why wouldn’t she be my mum?” Peter frowned.

Summary
They'd broken up. That much was obvious.
Pepper didn't want to give the media too much to play with, so her songs were vague. Heart wrenchingly sad, but vague nonetheless. But after a while, she got sick of cutting lines about his hazel eyes and stupid laugh and his silly little way of organizing the kitchen cupboards, so she had a little fun.
She wrote a breakup song, and changed every detail to turn Tony into the villain.
No trace of who he really was.
Maybe that way, if she fooled herself into thinking he was evil and cruel, she could get over him.
She could remould him into someone she could hate.
Turns out, that plan didn't exactly work.

Summary
Steve both hated and loved the 14th of February. On one hand, it was a great day for Rogers Floral, a small flower shop his mother had started before he was born and a store he now ran with his best friend. It was the one day a year they could always count on bringing in top margins and when he was a child, it meant them being able to afford an actual full course meal the next day. On the other hand, it also meant without fail that Steve would always be working that day. So, while he was a deep romantic at heart, it was hard to do anything when you were stuck selling flowers to other love sick customers on the most romantic day of the year.

Summary
Peter mentions it once. Once. That he’s maybe kinda sorta vaguely somewhat homesick. MIT is no Queens, that’s all really. All in all, Pete’s having a great time at college. Really, truly.
The thing is that Tony’s never really taken the whole ‘only mentioning it once’ thing all that well. Not when it comes to Peter at least.
This time is no exception.

It wasn't convenient that he found a young looking boy -probably 19?- in his close friend Natasha's 'Whore house', and it so wasn't convenient that he picked him for the night and didn't felt guilty when he stared at the delicate face, but his chest clenched at the bruises and scratches.
Or, Tony Start -The Tony Stark- founds himself falling for the broken boy living in the brothel.
