"If it's a girl," Minhee raised her glass like a vow, her voice half-serious, half-playful. "I'm stealing her."
"Huh?" Hyunjin blinked. "What?"
"I mean it." Minhee gestured to her with that mix of drama and sincerity only she could pull off. "I'm going to steal her and raise her to be a full-fledged, unapologetic boss lady. Sharp eyeliner by age four. Glitter boots by five. Confidence like a comet."
Hyunjin laughed, the kind that came from deep in her chest. "And you think Jisung's... do you think he'll let you?"
Minhee smiled sweetly. "You two will thank me when she's giving press interviews at ten."
