Summary
BSD college AU where most characters are without powers. Some characters in this AU have manmade abilities because of events similar to those in storm bringer. The entire story occurs in the aftermath around 1 year following a failed attempt by Fyodor to rid the world of ability-users. Essentially set after the real-life equivalent of Meursault. Set at a time when ability-users are just becoming a new technology. Nikolai and Fyodor end up in the same entry-level philosophy course and are forced to cooperate despite some disagreements.
