Eret had always been disliked by the town full of zealots. She couldn't fight, couldn't hunt, and couldn't tend to animals or farm land either. She wasn't worth their resources or their time. She was the prime target for being chosen for the sacrificial rituals. She had hoped that worming her way into the Temple, the source of all religious practices in the town, would save her from the cruel fate. Unfortunately, she could not run from her fate for long.
Not without the help of a god.

Technoblade was cursed- turned into a hoglin with no way to communicate and tell his friends that no, Phil, he did not eat Techno, and no, Ranboo, he was not a pork snack, and for the love of Prime how had no one realised he was Technoblade yet? All the while, Techno's mysterious attacker plots from the shadows, a plan slowly coming to fruition that could endanger the little happiness left on this Prime-forsaken server.

The hoglin then let out a soft grunt and opened its mouth as it leaned towards him. Phil flinched away, not wanting to get his face chewed off, but he was too slow to prevent it from grabbing onto the shoulder of his coat with its mouth. Phil froze as he watched it, and the crow on his other shoulder let out a surprised squawk. The pig ignored them both and started to drag Phil away by the sleeve.
“What the actual fuck is going on?”

XD was dying.
It had been slow at first. Insignificantly small pieces of him were being ripped out and, as his being as a whole was infinite, he’d barely noticed.
But for months, years maybe, his divinity had been slowly depleting, until one day he realized that his connection to Limbo had been almost completely severed. A whole chunk of him was about to no longer exist. And it was a small fraction of an infinite, but it was one he could no longer ignore regardless.
From there, it kept getting worse. The human, Dream, the one that was stealing away his being piece by piece, was getting greedier. More impatient. More foolish. XD needed to stop his act of hubris.

Eret is scared. They don't know what's happening to them, one second everything was normal and the next... the next they were drowning the greatest threat on the server in a lavafall yet completely untouched by the rain of fire themself. They should be dead, Eret knows that, and yet they're not, not even close. But they don't have time to unpack all of that right now.
Right now they have to return Micheal to his parents' loving embrace. But perhaps more will yield from this strange and traumatic series of events, old bonds unearthed and betrayals healed, new friendships born and families formed. The birth of a God and the rise of the demonic Egg all the while. But for now, Eret knows one thing, and that is that they are scared, very scared.

Dream grew a lot this past year and a half--sorry, week. Or, day, maybe? Gods, it hasn't been very long at all for him, has it? It feels like an eternity.
Whatever. The point is that he's a very different person now than he was when this whole thing started, and this Dream wants to lie down. He's done being scared, and he's ready for a nap.
He's got a good book, and his buddies by his side, and it's warm and cozy in this house in the arctic.
Maybe he would have gone on a bigger adventure if he'd stayed on his path.
Maybe it would have been grand.
Maybe 'maybe's just enough for him, though.
It's time for Dream to close his eyes, take a breath, and go to sleep. The night is quiet and the house is warm. Undeniably, Dream is loved.

Gods once upon a time lived peacefully in the realm, ruling fairly. Lord of Light ruling the day. Maiden of Night over all is dark. Others living in their own parts of the kingdom. All was well until the Lord and Maiden bore two children. One of blood, one of bone. The two young godlings were inseparable. Unfortunately, when visiting with the humans, the god of blood was stolen away.
This raised the deities into an uproar, demanding their child. A foolish king refused them.
Now the land lies in ruin. The gods taken to their own land, reviled by humanity with judgement to match. The lands of Esempi are in ruin. Humanity hiding behind their walls with their kings. Monsters and beasts roam the earth freely.
Only the Tarnished, blessed (or accursed) undead, walk among these lands guided by the remnants of grace of the gods to write the wrongs left behind. To usurp these unjust rulers and restore order to their once vibrant land.
