Luigi gets awakened by a loud noise and notices that his brother and friend are missing. He then finds E. Gadd who shows what his camera recorded. Turns out haunted woods exist.

The night was going smoothly until Daisy gasped. I looked around and saw Mario walking in with Pauline. As soon as I saw him I looked over to Peach. She strangely had a neutral expression. I grabbed her hand under the table giving it a small squeeze. She turned and gave me a tight smile that didn't quite reach her eyes. Before I could say anything I heard Mario's voice behind us.
"Hey guys." He walked over and clapped Luigi on the back. "You guys know Pauline right?"
The tall woman stood on his right arm with a tight red pantsuit and a tense smile. I felt my blood boil at his audacity.
"Hey, Mario What're you guys doing here?" Daisy said barely sparing a glance at them.
"Oh you know just out and about for date night." He says it so casually. As if what he did didn't break peach for nearly two months.
I was seething, but I didn't want to look at him because I knew if I did I would sock him in the face (again).
"Honey we should get to our table," Pauline said pulling his arm.
"In a second." He said moving closer to Peach who was staring at the sky-blue tablecloth. "Hey Peach you're not gonna say hi?" He said in a sickly sweet voice that made me want to vomit.
