Summary
On a day towards the end of spring of the 19th year of the Inn-Between, the main rebel group from the Snowpiercer, most of them recently dead of their revolt or the subsequent crash, are transferred to the Inn Between, where each of them has to find their own way of adjusting to a world entirely differnet from anything they knew before.
Rated mature mostly for touching on subjects such as cannibalism (cf. Snowpiercer)

Curtis and Anna were stuck in the back of the train together from the beginning. They built a life together. But twenty years later, they're both so lost. The annual Gathering, the coming together of most of the remaining humans, is a chance for them to see if there is still a chance for them.

You are an upper-class passenger on the Snowpiercer. Curtis and his gang come blasting through while you are enjoying a day at the spa. Now you are in the middle of a violent takeover and Curtis can't take his eyes off you. Gilliam was right; it is so much better holding a woman with two arms.
Basically, Curtis fucks you in different parts of the train while they fight their way to the front.

Adults told Grey he was too young to remember the fire, but he does. His first memory is of fire.
Searing heat, and scorching flames, and the sound of crackling wood, people screaming. Later, when he’s old enough to be told, Gilliam tells him half the Seam burnt, killing his mother and his father and so many others. It was just a small fire in someone’s hearth, but unattended, it burnt out of control.

Summary
Steve and Curtis are switched bodily, in ways that could only be explained by.... Well, neither of them have the answer for that.
But because of it, Curtis is stuck in Captain America's body, in a world seventeen years earlier, before CW7 went up in the air. His only comfort is a recently rehabilitated Bucky Barnes, who looks at him with equal mixtures of pity, understanding and fear- fear that Steve will never come back.
Steve wakes up in the train of humanity's last playground, confused and cold and thrust into a plot to take over the train and liberate the men and woman that are treated like scum on a daily basis.
Neither do very well.
