As the songs of its magic repulse him, the lure of its whispered promises sing to another drawing the Masked Felon right to the unwary Master Thief.
After an unexpected exchange of blows and bodily fluids, Garrett finds himself being swept away by the terrifying assassin plaguing the city of Dunwall. Never before had he expected his life to turn upside down as spectacularly as it does when the terrible fugitive that kept a whole city in fear, decides the Master Thief would be better fit in the role of the well loved Magpie stowed away in the secrecy of a decrepit cage where no one can take his prize from him ever again.
