Summary
Fruit wondered where Illumina’s curse came from. He never mentioned how he got it or why— Illumina just told him he has a curse. Sure, Illumina could potentially be lying as a way to cheat his way to the top, but Fruit’s seen this dragon in action. It’s really nothing to mess with. And based on what Fruit has heard about Illumina, he seemed nice enough. Not to mention how impressive his No F3 world record run is.
Fruit made a mental note to himself to ask Illumina about the Dragonborn curse later.
And the cat… Fruit was never big on animals. A lot of pets didn’t take kindly to him, so he assumed it was because of his scars on his face. Yet that small black cat was different. Maybe it was because Fruit offered a vegetable to the tiny baby. Either way, it was a nice change. Just like how Illumina was a nice change.

Illumina wants to make a good first impression with his new roommate. Who knew catching a random cat that wandered into their home could be so dang difficult?
