Summary
Amidst the chaos of the hot line, in the middle of the Saturday night rush at premiere Fontanian restaurant Romaritime, head chef Wriothesley keeps the flow of his kitchen on a tight leash. At least, he tries to, until the front of house manager inevitably makes an appearance, sending his heart into free-fall and his rowdy line cooks into a full-on hazing spree.
It's not easy being head chef, and it's made even more difficult each day he continues to harbor a-not-so-well-hidden crush on Neuvillette, the restaurant’s leading manager and decorated sommelier. Hopefully, some prodding from his longtime friend and trusted bartender Clorinde (and a glass of whiskey) can give him the courage he needs to shoot his shot.
A.K.A: Head chef Wriothesley gets roasted by his line cooks, and the bartender, and the pastry chef, all in his very noble pursuit to not make a fool of himself drooling over the FOH manager.
