Summary
In the kingdom of esports, there is a prince - Mydei. He has everything: fame, money, millions of admirers. Everything but one thing - a spark. He is a perfect victory machine, long having forgotten what it means to truly play.
And then there's Cinderella - Phainon. He has nothing but debt, an old laptop that roars like an airplane, and a talent seen only by a handful of loyal friends.
Their worlds were never meant to collide. But one random tournament, one temporary nickname, and one brilliant play change everything. The Prince notices someone in the crowd of no-names who makes his heart beat faster. But Cinderella, true to the canon, flees the ball. And this time, he doesn't even leave a glass slipper behind.
Obsessed with the search, Mydei issues a 'royal decree 2.0', turning the entire internet upside down. But finding his Cinderella is only the beginning. It's much harder to convince him that he's not just another trophy. And even harder to protect their fragile fairytale from the dragons of the real world, who wear not scales, but hoodies, and are armed not with fire, but with knives.

Or maybe, they were always like this, and Mydei never notices it until now.

"Mydeimos."
Mydei lowers his eyes, taking in the blood dripping from the alpha's fingers. When he lifts them back up, Phainon blinks, and throws him a lopsided smile that doesn't reach the eyes, as if the man hasn't done it in a very long time.
Oh.
He recalls the times the alpha called him with that same exact tone, finally noticing the difference. Phainon's eyes darken the second the realization dawns on him, like a predator prancing in front of his prey.
His instincts scream at him to flee, but the other side of his mind finds it challenging, entertaining, and he wants.

Summary
Amphoreus has long been a world torn apart by wars between sprawling criminal organizations. One of them triumphed by cruelly eliminating its opponents, but also the only government force that opposed them.
In a bleak world where crime is part of everyday life, where the authorities are overwhelmed and the risk of falling victim to illegal trafficking is very real, ordinary people try as best they can to live normal lives. This is the case for Phaénon, a new student who doesn't have enough money to live without a roommate and a part-time job. Dans un monde bien gris où la criminalité fait partie du quotidien, où les autorités sont dépassées et le risque d'être victime d'un trafic illégale est bien réel, les gens ordinaires essaient tant bien que mal de vivre normalement. C'est le cas de Phaénon, un nouvel étudiant qui n'a pas assez d'argent pour pouvoir se passer d'un colocataire et d'un job à temps partiel. Cependant, les études ne sont qu'une couverture pour Phaénon et derrière son sourire radieux se cache une détermination dangereuse : infiltrer l'organisation criminelle Acrokopis pour éliminer son chef, Mydeimos.

Phainon blinks as Mydei lets go of his hand, and his hand falls back to his side. "Mydei, like the crown prince Mydeimos?"
Mydei, for some reason, tenses again, reminiscent of a startled cat that's about to either run away or scratch him, which Phainon doesn't mind. He wants to see how strong Kremnoans are, see if their rumoured strength is true.
"I thought you said you knew nothing about the crown prince."
Phainon immediately raises his hands in surrender. "Wait, wait! I have no ill intention towards your crown prince, really! I only know his name and his fabled prowess in battles. I don't even know what he looks like."

Phainon looks down at the twenty that Aglaea had given him beforehand, thinking about the flower crown. He counts a bit in his head before making a decision, “I can buy it for you.”
The corners of Mydei's mouth begin to curl up until he freezes and his face falls, robbing Phainon of a smile. He gives Phainon a skeptical look, “Are you really sure?”
“Mhm. Ms. Aglaea said to use it.”
“Father said not to take handouts.”
Phainon stares at him, deadpan. Why would Mydei reject something being given for free? It was stupid. “Your dad is stupid.”
Oops.
When Phainon was forced to move to Okhema after his parents' death, he thought the misery would end there. He never would have imagined having to spend all his time with the only other kid on the block.

The Black Tide is a thing of the previous cycles, something that only Cyrene and the Deliverer have only borne witness to. Mydei grew up loved, by both his Mother and Father and aids Okhema in the Flame Chase, and the fight against Lygus. But something is off.
Someone is missing.
Mydei feels as though he has been chasing shadows his whole life, after someone who seemingly never existed at all.
Until one day he appears in Mydei's kitchen.

Summary
Now, Phainon knew he’d always been a large chimera, even when he was young. But this chimera practically matched him in size, standing just a below eye level– not that it mattered. Golden eyes seemed to pierce right through him, and if Phainon had been a lesser alpha, he probably would have whimpered. And maybe pissed himself, too.
That size wasn’t for nothing, either. If he let his eyes wander down– which he didn’t, truly, he didn’t– he’d see a rippling expanse of pure, tanned muscle, rather pathetically half-covered by rich-looking red fabrics.
The scent was a little sweet for his expectations, but this was undoubtedly the alpha Hyacine had warned him of. Warned he was, indeed, but something about this alpha made Phainon want to play nice, anyway.
“What a disappointment.”
With those arrogant words, spilled from plump lips, every thought of Phainon’s ground to a halt. His eyes widened, but he hadn’t a moment to spare for indignation before a fist, adorned in sharp, glinting gold, flew towards his face.
Or a feral chimera was picked up by the Okheman Research Institute for rehabilitation... and definitely for not for courting the 'alpha' Kremnoan leader.

Summary
It's immature. It's satisfying.
When Phainon kicks him in the stomach to knock him back, he returns the favor. As the other man’s feet readjust to the floor, he spins his sword and hits squarely towards his face with the hilt. The prince's groan is music to his ears. Phainon watches as Mydeimos touches his nose, his hand staining crimson.
Yet, his eyes gradually widen when, instead of cursing, a grin spreads across Mydeimos’ face. Phainon follows those bloody fingers reaching to tempting lips, showing a tongue that tastes them until they are clean.
Fuck. If that’s not the most erotic thing Phainon has witnessed.
“Not bad…” Mydeimos mutters, “... Deliverer.”
In which Phainon sails to confront the captain of The Ruler, Mydeimos the undying, to find out about Nikador's treasure whereabouts. What he gains from their encounters ends up being better than any penny.
