“Never, ever, in my 56 years on Earth, 43 of them spent here, in the heart of Gotham, have I ever been more disappointed in a fast food joint. The service? Abysmal. The food? Undercooked and dry. The store? Understaffed and unclean. Don't even get me STARTED on the employees! The cashier, whose upside down name tag read “WIT,” presented himself to be quite the opposite as he was clearly high. The cook with two toned bangs swore every curse known to man into the “shitty-ass-fucking patties” and throwing floor fries at the cashier. The manager, some loud-mouthed blonde kept smiling at me with this threatening look in her eyes. The bus boy, a small fellow with these creepy yellow eyes, who was clearly too young to be working there, and muttered an even larger array of curses directed at his coworkers as he passed by. When I tried to call the store owner to complain, it went straight to voicemail. Overall the experience was the most awful, unenjoyable, and overwhelming hour of my life. If I could rate it less than one star, I would.”
