Teruko Tawaki is struggling. Jumping from job to job, Teruko's résumé isn’t the cleanest, but she's managed to find a job that's just as desperate as her. She's not qualified for it, but they're willing to hire anyone at this point. It will pay her well enough, but the only problem is that she's meant to deal with the one thing she can't deal with every single day: children.
That's what she gets for applying to be a daycare attendant at MonoCare. To make things worse, the daycare is on the brink of bankruptcy, kept afloat only by a rich celebrity donating enough money to keep her daughter there, and Teruko will be the only attendant there taking care of 15 children. As weird as it is that they're all three or turning three, maybe they won't be that bad. Hopefully.
