Ahora Kaveh con ayuda de Alhaitham deberán cuidar del bebé mientras buscan la manera de revertirlo, antes de que el corazón dañado del pequeño Mehrak humano deje de funcionar para siempre

Summary
Kaveh knew he was trans for years. He'd never told anyone, except his own mother, and Alhaitham. He almost had the confidence to come out publicly. Then the fight breaking up their friendship changed his thoughts. Once Kaveh, and Alhaitham had a falling out, Kaveh had gotten back into the closet.
Kaveh had gone to school to become an architect, getting into a one-sided love marriage once he graduated. Not long after he found out he was pregnant.
Once they had divorced, he transitioned, he became tired of faking his life. He had his life to focus on, especially for his own daughter, Mehrak.
One commission he wasn't expecting.
He had to design a home for Alhaitham. Maybe there's a chance he didn't remember him.

“I’m at lunch,” Al-Haitham states.
“Then I suggest you enjoy your lunch. Surely, you have friends your age.”
Kaveh watches as Al-Haitham’s face falls for just a second. “You’re upset.”
“Upset doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel, Al-Haitham.” She sighs, brushing her hair back. “If you were older, I would be more than happy to keep entertaining you, but you lied, Al-Haitham. Not only that, but you’re my student. That alone is a bad look for me.”
“So don’t tell,” Al-Haitham retorts, rounding the desk, closing the gap between them, slotting her leg between Kaveh’s thighs, and pushing her back against the chalkboard. Her hand curls around Kaveh’s waist, her thumb brushing the dimples of her back before dipping her head, scraping her hot mouth against Kaveh’s neck. “It’ll be our little secret.”
One eventful divorce later, and Kaveh is having the worst time of her life. She's completely reckless and she may or may not have accidentally slept with one of her students. It's fine! She can just pretend it never happened! Right?

Kaveh returns home early from a desert expedition with a child he found in a cave. Not wanting to abandon this girl who has clearly been abandoned before, he asks Alhaitham to help him do one thing: Give her a home. -

Kaveh finds himself struggling with the smut scenes and Alhaitham offers to help out his co-star.

Now Kaveh with the help of Alhaitham must care for the baby while they search for a way to reverse it, before the little human Mehrak's damaged heart stops working forever

He had two reasons to live: his career as an architect and the webnovels he would read every chance he got. When one of these reasons goes away, he drinks himself into oblivion.
When he emerges from the darkness, he has been reborn as a Pari with clairvoyance from his favorite webnovel. More than that, he’s now a minor antagonist meant to die at the beginning of the novel proper. While Kaveh wouldn’t mind accepting his fate, his parents from this world sacrificed so much to let Kaveh live. Plus, Kaveh wants his favorite book characters to be happy.
His favorite characters might make him happy in return, but it will take divine intervention to make Kaveh want to live. Thankfully, there are a few gods who might be willing to force destiny to comply to the desires of mortals.
