Summary
Xie Lian turned back to Mu Qing, and said with a smile brighter than the full moon, “We’ll all be together no matter what from this point on - we’re an unbreakable trio now.”
Xie Lian was right for the most part - they did stay friends for years through Mu Qing and Feng Xin fighting all the time, Mu Qing’s mom dying, Xie Lian’s family losing everything they had, Xie Lian’s parents dying, but after that they broke apart for some odd years until a couple of years ago they all found each other again and rekindled their old friendship. Mu Qing was now a fashion designer for his own brand, Feng Xin worked at a gym he built from the ground up, and Xie Lian got a job with one of the biggest companies in their city Crimson Flower entertainments and was moving into his boss’s/boyfriend’s - Hua Cheng’s - apartment. So now it would just be Mu Qing and Feng Xin sharing an apartment with each other - what could go wrong with having two people who hate each other’s guts living in the same space, right?
