Summary
“You still see his face, don’t you?” Lin Ling pushes, stepping closer, close enough that his chest brushes the cool metal of Yang Cheng’s armor. “Every time you close your eyes. Every time you jerk off in that tin suit. Is he there?”
The gauntlet slams into his chest before he even sees it move. Lin Ling’s back hits the wall hard enough to rattle dust from the ceiling. His lungs wheeze, but he grins through it, spitting blood onto the floor.
“Hit a nerve?” he croaks.
