Solas considered correcting it. He considered telling it that this memory was not its own, that the Fade was its home. He considered guiding it closer to the part of the Fade near his base, where he could keep close watch over it as it grew. But he did none of those things.
Instead he closed his hands over the spirit’s, over the little memory it held close to its purple-thrumming heart. “I think she would like that,” he said.

As the false god descended the staircase; the sweat on his hands and the coolness of the stone on his feet reminded him of his mortality. He felt a twang in his chest. He was all too mortal, it seemed.

So, there are these robed people in the D.A. 4 concept art who wield this stuff I have dubbed 'Triangle Magic' and seem to me like they're probably Executors, a faction that gets mentioned a few times in Inquisition and Tevinter Nights. I thought these people seemed fascinating and did a lot of speculation. This is the result.
The world belongs to Bioware, as do whatever the Executors actually turn out to be. These ideas about the Executors are mine, as are the bragging rights if any of them turn out to be right.
UPDATE: I wrote this a few weeks ago, and then started thinking "Why does Solas dislike these people so much?"
So, now a lot of creepy stuff happens in here, but 90% of it is implied. -
