Jayce's mind reeled off kilter. There was no way... Somehow, he felt like despite his mind screaming at him to be utterly horrified and aghast, his heart was slamming viciously against his ribs. Both from severe anxiety and pure elation. Running or fighting for his life didn't flicker across his mind for a moment. He was positive his brain was definitely broken, seeing as a wanted just escaped FBI vigilante was sitting in his living room... But hell, he didn't give a shit! Nothing else mattered except the one really big elephant in the room... Viktor.

The bed with the cream and tan duvet, the collection of gadgets and trinkets laid on the carpet, the computer with the familiar camera on the top. It was the same bedroom that appeared in all the videos. God, Jayce had seen ‘V’ touching himself on that very chair last night. He’d seen him push a hair brush handle inside his little hole on the bed. His sweet moaning face while he’d cum. Jayce was getting hard again. This wasn’t good.
Turning around, Jayce went to leave but he was stopped in his tracks when Viktor stood at the door in his swim shorts, towel around his neck. He raised an eyebrow at the man in his bedroom and intoned, “Who are you?”

At nine years old, Jayce knew his true love was his brilliant and kind babysitter, Viktor. However, when he confessed his feelings, he was handled a brutal rejection.
Viktor, just wanting the little boy to stop crying, made him a promise: 'ask me again in ten years.'
Fifteen years later, Viktor visits his family for the summer after a long time apart, barely remembers the kid, let alone the promise he had made. Unaware that the mysterious guest his sister brought along was no other than Jayce himself.

Jayce spotted a walkie talkie on the table. In a flash he grabbed it, gave it a quick once over and held the button on the side, hoping it worked like every walkie talkie he'd ever used.
"I copy," he said hurriedly.
There was a pause.
Viktor's voice crackled over the radio.
"Could you bring me a cup of tea?"

Summary
Viktor had posed in front of a dirty mirror with an oversized band t-shirt hanging loosely off of his frame, barely covering his crotch. There was a heavy looking metal brace on one leg, and he leaned on a small cane. He had a simple box cutter in his pale hand, thin red lines along the tops of his legs staining the bands of the white thigh-high socks he wore. His face was covered by his phone, but that hadn't lasted long.
He'd be legendary. Jayce could feel it.
When Jayce sees Viktor posting videos of himself cutting online, Jayce knows he has the potential to be a new star in his livestreams. He sweet talks Viktor into meeting him in person and, once he convinces Viktor that he cares about him, puts Viktor though hell on camera as entertainment for his beloved audience. They get to bid on him and vote for what kind of pain Jayce inflicts, and Viktor just gets to sit pretty for the camera and try to hold on.

Jayce stopped a few respectful feet away from their circle. He held something in his hand. A single, perfect twilight bloom, its petals a deep, velvety purple that seemed to absorb the firelight. It was a rare flower, one that only grew in high, sunny clearings.
He cleared his throat, the sound a low, nervous rumble. “I... My name is Jayce” he began, his voice slightly hoarse. He extended the flower, a tremble in his large, calloused fingers. “And I would be honored… if you would accept this. And… and my courtship.”
Viktor’s mind went blank. He opened his mouth to politely, gently, refuse. To let this magnificent bull down easy so he could find a mate worthy of him. But the words wouldn’t come. All he could see was the earnest hope in Jayce’s eyes, the nervous tremble in the hand holding the flower. This was was insane. He didn't want this. He has always been better off on his own.
But… what if?
What if, for once, he didn’t overthink it? What if he reached out and took the ridiculous, beautiful offering? What if he allowed himself, just for a little while, to feel the warmth of that gaze, to bask in the impossible notion that someone like Jayce could want someone like him? -

Jayce formulates a plan to take his partner of four years out on a date. If it goes well, he can live through the fantasy of Viktor being his and his alone without fear of rejection.

“I don’t have a problem with androids, Jayce. They are a marvel of technology and I deeply respect the hard work. CyberLife did a wonderful job.” It wasn’t enough of an answer for Jayce though.
“Why were you reluctant to work with me then ?”
Jayce almost regretted asking. His eyes catched the minimal change in Viktor’s posture. He stiffened, bad leg tensed, smile tightened. He kept writing on his keyboard like nothing was wrong, but Jayce was a detective assistant. His purpose was to see, to dig, to analyze. Knowing his presence could be a bother didn’t sit right with him.
“My work is all I have. I am certain you have noticed, your analytic factor is high and you seem to have a craving for knowledge. The perfect partner, I guess." Viktor stood up suddenly, grabbing his worn out coat. "We have to go now Jayce, another corpse was found.”
OR Jayce is the perfect android to help stopping the deviants with the Lieutenant Viktor Nowak, until he is not.
