It's been a long and bloody war that felt like it was never ending. The demons of hell had once more tried to enter heaven's gate, claiming they deserved redemption like any other soul.
It caught arch angel Evan so off guard, that the demon was able to cut his cheek with his sharp claws. But the old arch angel gained back control quickly. He was much more experienced and almighty than this young soul would ever be so it was an easy job to catch him. He didn't want him dead, he was way too interesting and Evan felt like he hasn't been punished enough for what he did.
The demon's name was even known in heaven for the gruesome crimes he committed when he walked on earth.

Evan became sickly pale as Father Dahmer opened the 18 year old boy's drawer and rummaged through the socks and underwear, searching for weed and other substances the boys were consuming secretly. Of course, Evan was mostly a good boy and had nothing to do with it - well, he might have tried it himself when it was offered to him, but he did not participate in owning or selling it, but still the whole dorm was raided by the sisters and Father Dahmer himself.
And when the priest found a suspicious magazine in Evan's drawer, he teaches him a lesson he won't forget so quickly.

Evan is a detective at the Milwaukee police department - the same were his dad, Detective Pat Kennedy, worked. Over 30 years ago his dad wrote down Dahmers confession. Since then Evan is tied to this case, always being associated with the work of his father.
But nowadays Evan had his own cases to solve, such as the discovery of a new drug. A drug that seemed to give you vivid dreams and memories. A pill so strong, that it makes you believe you are traveling through time.
When Evan decides to get to the bottom of it all, a person who should be dead is arrested and brought to the police department. Evan is the only one who realizes that something is wrong. Soon he understands that he has to solve this on his own.

After a long story of drug abuse, Evan decides to change his ways. But he struggles - a lot, so he asks Father Dahmer to help him to redeem. To get rid of his wrong ways and lead him to become a better version of himself. Leave all the bad habits behind.
He even wants to be baptized. That would be the final straw to connect to god and his ways.
Father Dahmer and him were getting along very well and he even became some kind of Mentor to him. Guiding him to the light and be there for him like no one ever did before.
On one occasion, Evans falls back into old behaviours and at that particular night, he gets high on cocaine once again and robs a man, even hurt him pretty badly. Just for s few bucks he risked to kill a man. Hitting him heavily on the head.
He gets away with it to his luck, but unfortunately it won't sooth his conscience. Feeling nothing but shame he decides to talk to his person of trust.

Over and over again, Evan would do cocaine, spend money on stupid things and cheat on girls, playing with their emotions. And one day, Jeff just simply had enough of his shit.
