“No,” he says, his voice faltering and oh god, are those tears welling up? “No, you’re going to survive this, like you do everything else. You’re going to survive this because I won’t let anything other than that happen to you!” He hasn’t heard his voice shake like that in a long time. The zombies are catching up, and he grabs onto the handle.
But Thomas’ grip must have softened when his voice did, because Hamilton lets go. He pushes his hands off his arm and the horde all but swallows him.
“Go, Thomas,” Hamilton smiles one last time, fighting the best he can, weak as he is. Thomas wants to let go of the truck, fight this, fight him, but the truck is already moving away, and soon Hamilton is nothing but screams in the distance.

Alexander Hamilton absolutely despised Thomas Jefferson. Not just for trying to push down all of his plans for the benefit of Washington's business, but also him seeming to steal everything he had. Befriending Marquis De Lafayette, and befriending James Madison who originally helped him write numerous collaborations involving the business they all work for.
But to Thomas Jefferson, Hamilton was just a fence he needed to get over to continue forward. Until he learnt that this particular fence was barbed. Barbed and carefully cut beautifully.

La Révolution est en marche à New York City. D'un côté, l'impitoyable chef de gang George King et sa grande armée de Redcoats. De l'autre est celui qui lui fut auparavant loyal, l'ex-Redcoat George Washington, tentant d'évincer son ancien boss avec uniquement une petite, bien que vicieuse force. Le NYPD est impuissant à arrêter la guerre de gangs qui approche. Quand la violence arrive à la mort d'innocents, le NYPD fait face aux faits : ils ne sont pas capable de gérer ça seuls.
Entre en scène Thomas Jefferson et James Madison, agents du FBI, spécialisés dans les guerres entre gangs et leur violence. A la tête d'une force spécialisée restreinte, les deux ont pour but d'arrêter la Guerre des Georges, faire chuter les deux chefs, et ramener la paix sur NYC. En théorie, une opération de routine. Mais entre un King excentrique, un George Washington impitoyable, et un jeune soldat de gang nommé Alexander Hamilton simultanément mignon et frustrant, Jefferson et Madison se sont sans s'en rendre compte embarqués dans leur plus difficile mission à ce jour. Alexander Hamilton will be the death of you. So maybe he’s on his knees, maybe your hands are in his hair, maybe he’s taken to calling you sir in the past fifteen minutes, and maybe he’s letting you do what you want with him, but you have no illusions as far as who is really in charge. It’s him.
He has you sitting on the edge of your second floor window seat, with your back to the window, the curtains open. The lights are off except for the flashlight apps on both of your phones. Nobody can see you, but it still feels open, dangerous, electric. He makes that feeling stronger than it has any right to be.
