Summary
This is set in early 1965. Morse is based at Carshall Newton Police Station. He's not long out of his probation and is still finding his feet. He believes that some of the officers on his team may be up to no good, but he struggles to prove anything and their bullying ways are hard to deal with. There is one person on his side though...
