Summary
Luka and their happy little flock used to be all alone, but two Feral-years ago a senri came to the Blood Tundra on an expedition in search of materials. They became fascinated with the land and decided to settle down in the area, coming to live in one of the abandoned houses in the Village.
As they grew closer and closer with the flock of Kobold kits, the senri began to notice the sudden bouts of aggression and the morbid mentalities the kits began to adopt.
It'd been becoming more and more apparent that the negative influence causing this behaviour wasn't Feralian.

This is a story inspired by the worlds and characters of fer.al, a game created and then abandoned by the game company wild works. In an attempt to hold together any lore and backstories that could otherwise be lost to time due to the game's shutdown, I have created some chapters of a book about my characters in the world of feral. A lot of the game's worlds, characters, and common jargon are used in this story, so if you are not familiar with the game it may be confusing. I'm happy to answer any questions you have. This is a work in progress! I'm not a professional writer by any means and I am very new to AO3 so bear with me as I make some mistakes.
Please enjoy!Netch is an employee of a large material-gathering company stationed in Mugmeyer Marsh. She works with a band of Sparks to gather materials for various citizens of feral. When she is sent to the Blood Tundra to harvest, she encounters a creature, cursed with undying, and quite literally miserable. She is determined to help him learn to enjoy life outside the tundra, but uncovers the roots of a deeper evil in the process.

Luka, quite a lonely little Blood Kobold, is the leader of a small village in the mysterious Blood Tundra. As a leader, it is their obligation to keep the residents content and safe, at which they always fail. Evidence? Not many who come to the Tundra stay there; scramming out of fear, discomfort, or some other disturbing occurrence, whatever that may be. It seemed that no matter what Luka did, they always left, or disappeared. But one morning, they find a peculiar newcomer in town, looking for a place to live. This new resident seems quite odd. Maybe this one will stay.
