Summary
After bringing everyone back in The Blip, Jamie and Nikki Rogers are enjoying their days with their parents back in their lives. But they're pulled back into action when an enhanced, power-mad veteran goes on a rampage that threatens to topple the government and ruin the lives of many. Despite the doubts and the odds against them, Jamie and Nikki will have to find and stop this madman before time runs out.
