I got prompted by my friend to write B99 Doomsday angst with little comfort so uh ya here's what I whipped up on my phone in the span of a couple hours. Title is taken from the Neil Innes song of the same name.

"No." Kevin lights up a cigarette and simply answers. Unlike Martin, he is not a dreamer, he's practical and productive and only interested in the real world rather than some childish imagination.
This is an AU story where Kevin is in the crime org while Raymond is a police officer when they met.
