“Hanzo! Thank goodness yer up. I need a huge favor to ask.”
Hanzo was stunned. This was the cowboy, but he looked a mess. He was missing his trademark hat, the bags under his eyes telling he hadn’t slept much or at all in a while, and his long sleeved, patterned shirt and tattered jeans Hanzo could smell were not fresh in the slightest. It wasn’t until Jesse spoke again that he noticed he had been staring.
“I know, I know. I look like a hobo, but that’s why I need yer help. Can me and… it’s a long story, but can me and my daughter perty please stay with you?”
“Daughter?”
