Dean still does not know who or what the being is that raised him out of Hell, and Castiel wants so badly to tell him and to help avert the end of the world. But when the angel tries to get back down to Earth, something happens to his Grace courtesy of a crappy deal and a magic spell….
(And if that explanation is at all reminiscent of Disney's The Little Mermaid that is what I was going for.)

Castiel had been running from the law for over a decade. After a robbery gone wrong and getting lost in the forest, he stumbles upon a tower in the woods. Thinking it is abandoned, he climbs it, but little does he know what, or rather who, is waiting inside will change his life forever.
As part of a bargain, Dean and Castiel force themselves to cooperate to get what they need. However, what starts off as just a simple journey to the city evolves into much more. Will the two of them learn to get along and grow together, or are they destined to be forever alone?
One thing is for sure. It all began with a frying pan.

As Dean hopelessly waits for Gadreel and Crowley to be expelled from Sam’s body, he and Castiel are unexpectedly ambushed by Malachi and the remainder of his soldiers, seeking retribution for what Castiel has done to his faction.
Because Castiel gets gravely injured in the fight, Dean resists the urge to isolate himself, and instead returns to the bunker with his friend and Sam, determined to put an end to the fallen angel madness, and also, perhaps, try to understand why, after everything he’s done, Castiel still stands by his side. -

Muriel has been on earth for quite a bit, they are the new owner of aziraphales bookshop and gets constant check ups from Aziraphale as well as visits from Crowley and they're not blind, they can see how much they miss each other.
In their free time they get up to a bit of reading and while reading Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet they get a stroke of genius. Why not put their knowledge to good use and help Crowley and Aziraphale? Nothing could possibly go wrong! Right?....
And something about this entire thing seems very familiar to Crowley and Aziraphale but they just can't quite put their finger on it.

Crowley made it to the bookshop in under five minutes, his mind racing and his heart hammering as he took in the fact that he was actually coming back. He couldn’t face this, couldn’t be in this place without sinking into its familiarity, without closing his eyes and inhaling the scent of the shop, without covertly staring and staring at its owner. But he was up and slamming the car door shut without stopping, trying to calm the dull panic in his head.
