Summary
Every year, the Codlands send one adult to Rivendell. There, they are the subject of the Thesian Ceremony, a week-long celebration that ends when the Cod is sent into the labyrinth that stretches out beneath Rivendell. It is said a horrible stag creature lurks within, and those who enter are never seen again.
To Lord Scott’s horror, this year’s tribute is none other than the Codfather himself.
