Summary
Attention! This story is heavily and I mean HEAVILY inspired by SCE_Jadeite's story Linked Love. I was heartbroken when the story stopped being updated so here we are now.
As if modern life on earth wasn’t hard enough, MC gets kidnapped by a mysterious dark being and is transported to another universe, none other than the great land of Hyrule. Luckily for her, she wasn't the only one who had been tormented by that wicked monster. Stuck in her favorite childhood game with her favorite heroes, MC is forced to travel throughout the dangerous and magical land to uncover the secret to going home. Traversing trials and tribulations, such as becoming friends and maintaining stable relationships with the heroes, struggling with her identity and of course trying to stay alive, gave her everything necessary, albeit crazy, to grow up.

As Ravio emerged from the last remaining fissure and began making his way to Lorule Castle, he noticed a band of strangely familiar travelers on the side of the road.
The two parties stared at each other in uncomfortable silence before it clicked; they had the same faces as the group of time-displaced Hylian heroes Link joined.
“Your names wouldn’t all happen to be Ravio, would they?”
Or: In an adventure not unlike that of the Links of Linked Universe, their counterparts, the Ravios, must embark on their own quest through Lorule Kingdom’s many eras. While they work together to unravel the mystery of the true purpose of their meeting, Ravio from ALBW and HW gradually uncovers Lorule Kingdom’s long history and the pasts of its many heroes.
In other words: Linked Universe but Ravio flavored.

Ravio has never gone ice skating before, and Link doesn’t bother to hide his groan at this revelation. “Now you’ve done it,” his grumbles are ignored by both parties in the room as Zelda surges out of her seat, eyes glinting in excitement.
“Would you like to learn?”
“That would be nice,” Ravio answers. “But only if Mister Hero comes.” The merchant’s voice reminds Link of honey and smoke; thick and sweet, familiar as the apple orchids recovering on the side of his house.
He looks away, trying to fight the blush off his face. His sister giggles, and he kicks her under the seat.

And he thought Ravio understood that, so why did that scammer send him a bill for weapons he already owned? They had a system worked out, and Ravio had to go and ruin it by being complicated. Legend crumpled the bill and threw it across the room, curling up into a ball and screaming. He just didn’t understand.

Some of the worst parts of the Link's lives have been made far more terrifying by the addition of black blood, which will surely kill their younger selves if they don't intervene. But what will happen if the Links intervene to save their younger selves, they don't know.
Or, part 2 of a beginning to end Linked Universe quest where the Links and Zeldas travel through time as their distinct groups, working together to stop their greatest foes reincarnated, who are also working together, to change the history of Hyrule.

Ravio is the Prince of a dying kingdom, rumors of a royal curse and unscrupulous subjects tainting any chance at finding an ally to aid Lorule from succumbing to ruin. Still, it takes a while for a whole land to collapse, and thus Prince Ravio and his knight Hilda are still bound to their usual royal duties.
At a party in Hyrule meant to make connections and find allies, Ravio is certain nothing will come of the trip to the strangely powerful kingdom. However, in a land so unlike his own, the Prince finds true bonds can come from the most unlikely of places. -
