Mobius usually does not mind taking care of Loki variants but this one from 2012 is giving him a bit of a hard time. Normally calm, Mobius is so annoyed at some point that he no longer cares for this Loki's feelings and starts treating him like everyone at TVA would. Especially after Loki tries to elope with Sylvie.
Despite all his anger, it finally only takes one sentence for Mobius to have a change of heart. -

On the day of a job interview, Loki’s shower breaks half way through his routine. Panicked and with time running out, he decides to pay his friendly neighbour Mobius a visit. He was always offering help... He wouldn't mind Loki using his shower, would he?

He knows somehow he's sitting across Loki in one of the window-facing tables, and talking about jet-skis when he really should be working. But the thing is, Mobius really loves talking about jet-skis and no one here ever asks so he's going to talk about jet-skis.
He's going to talk about jet-skis because Loki looks endlessly amused and puts all catastrophes to shame when he laughs.
