Summary
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji are caught in a major twist of fate where one of their senses becomes devastatingly sensitive, twisting them into torment that isolates them in every possible way. While they are left on the ship, the rest of the crew reluctantly leaves them in search for a cure, with Chopper leading the cause. Can they save them before the three's sensory curses throw them into permanent despair?
Alternating POV between Chopper and Sanji. Usopp POV takes the prologue's limelight.Excerpt:
Chopper turned to face him, and he was met with a pitiful sight. Luffy was sitting on the ground, holding his left elbow. His eyes were wide, brows furrowed as if in pain, and mouth agape. He seemed to be muttering something under his breath that Chopper couldn’t hear. The doctor approached him slowly, hesitantly, bracing himself for what he will learn next. “Luffy, do you need…” he didn’t finish his question because his voice didn’t call Luffy’s attention. He looked to be entranced, gazing out at sea but nothing in particular as words quietly came floating out of his mouth.“...rry…so sorry…”
“Luffy?”
“I’m so sorry, Nami.”

His arms were tree trunks, his neck was the width of Usopp’s head, his chest rivalled Nami’s. He surveyed the room with his singular eye, his arrogance dignified. He greeted Usopp with a smirk, that eye looking him up and down, sizing him down like Usopp had been trying to size him up.
Post timeskip, Zoro invites Usopp to lift weights with him. Usopp takes the opportunity to show Zoro how manly he is.
