Summary
The man is kneeling on the marble floor, although Dream gets the impression that the ropes binding him tightly are the only thing keeping him there. His face is fixed in a grim snarl, and he keeps subtly twisting his wrists to try and free himself.
King Dream receives a gift, tries to teach a wild man to be human, and learns an awful lot about his own heart in process.
Hob just thinks that the king is, really, really pretty. And that he deserves to be loved.

Dream is an artist who desperately needs a muse for his upcoming collection at his sister's art show.
Hob is a life model for the university Dream attends that comes to his classes one day.
They meet, they flirt (mostly just Hob), they work (most of the time), they fall in love (not that either of them realizes it), they pine (loudly), and somewhere along the line, they get together and have a happily ever after.
