Modern Day AU.
All 16 Skeksis and all 16 Mystics lived for the Crystal to be reunited, only for things to go unexpectedly.
As life on Thra is in an advanced age and the Gelfling are at the highest they have ever been as a society, everything that has been the same for a thousand years is going to change drastically.(Aka what if the Skeksis and Mystics had cellphones and had to figure their lives out.)
