Shoko looks as if she's about to burst out laughing. “And,” she looks at Satoru. “Pretty eyes.”
In the moments after, when Suguru looks to Satoru for confirmation, he does the math, comparing Satoru’s type to his own appearance. And, well. There’s no denying Suguru is a couple inches shorter than Satoru. That his hair is dark, and too brittle to dye. That his eyes, while attractive, would probably not be described as pretty.
“That’s your type, then?” Suguru asks, heart in his throat.

A couple of small donations come in at once, tearing Suguru’s eyes away from the drawing to read the names. His view count has shot up by almost a hundred; he always gets more engagement when Satoru is on call with him. Not that that sort of thing really matters to him, but it is a little funny, and he can’t help but smile ironically and shake his head to himself.
Suguru is a part-time tattoo artist (per his own wishes) and part-time streamer (per Satoru's). Satoru's choice of career is anything but surprising, being a full time content creator, broadcasting himself to tens of thousands of people almost every day. They live together, work together, and know almost everything about each other.

He lifts his hand, letting the powder brush across his skin like petals.
“Sugu,” Satoru calls behind him.
Suguru startles, his mouth half-open. “Hm?”
“Caught you.”
Satoru wraps around him from behind—arms slipping around his middle, locking into place. Suguru stiffens, startled by the closeness, then slowly relaxes into it. He can feel every breath Satoru takes, every shift of muscle, the press of his chest against his back. Satoru’s fingers twitch over his stomach.
“Don’t squirm,” Satoru mumbles.
“I’m not.”
Then Satoru nuzzles into Suguru’s neck, the tip of his cold nose startling against the warmth of Suguru’s skin. He breathes in deeply.
“You’re warm.”

Suguru makes his way to stand at the front door. “Come on Satoru, please, I said I was sorry for being loud. I didn’t realise you were home and — .”
“Move,” Satoru says, his face blank and voice flat.
“Huh?” Suguru says dumbly.
Satoru makes a tsk sound and shoves him out of the way, opens the front door and slams it shut — all without turning back to take a single look at Suguru.
Suguru and Satoru take a life-changing brazilian jiu jitsu class together.
