Summary
An adventure goes wrong.
Don't they always? That's not new to you, as a long term companion of the Doctor. But this time, she wasn't there, and when she finally got to you, she didn't find you the way she remembered you.“How about we have a quick visit to the medbay?” The Doctor suggested. “We can make sure you’re physically okay after… and then..” She sighed, looked lost for a moment, and you wanted to offer an answer, but you had none. “Then we’ll go from there. And you... you’re gonna be okay”
In short: reader has ptsd from an adventure gone wrong and has trouble navigating a strengthened fight or flight response.
