Summary

There’s a single, bright star, so bright that tsukasa almost can’t place his eyes upon it.
He thinks, poor star. Alone, and shit. It’s pretty bright, though.
And for god knows what reason, Tsukasa stays, feet planted on the spotless, matte black metal under him, finger pads pushed up on the glass as his eyes linger on the star.
It looks like it’s burning itself out. His limited knowledge tells him its death results in a black hole, an event horizon where nothing will return past its line. Claims everything around it.
Tsukasa Tenma awakes in a strange pod, within an even stranger spaceship that is headed to another planet entirely. He’s told he’s just awoken from stasis. The problem? He’s the only one awake. And he’s a hundred years away.
In which Tsukasa turns his soul over and over again in search of meaning, where somehow another three entangle themselves and their lives on the ship even through it all.

“I remember this day a year ago, James was so looking forward to meeting you,” Peter said with a small smile on his lips.
Everything stopped, every thought in his head slipped away and confusion took its place.
“What?, how could he be looking forward to it?” puzzlement clear on his face.
“Oh, he spent months deciding whether to wake you up, he couldn't stop talking about you.” Peter said, still with a small amused smile on his lips, completely oblivious to the world crashing down around Regulus.
“James woke me up?” his voice shook, disbelief clinging to it. He is usually better at masking his emotions but at the moment it was something he could care less about.
