As the 141 locate and chase down a technologically savvy terrorist cell, they fail to gain any factual information on what the terrorists are doing or the goals they hope to achieve. Everything they come across is a taunt, a really encrypted, endlessly frustrating taunt. However, as they finally gain ground, and find the base they're operating out of in Shanghai, China, they realize all too late the goals of the terrorists-- To plunge them forwards into time so that the terrorist group is the only ones with any amount of money. So the cell would essentially rule the world. Things backfire when Roach gets shot, and a shootout goes down. The time machine being damaged in the process, launching them not only 165 years into the future, but in a completely different timeline where nuclear war broke out, leaving the world in absolute shambles.
With Roach and Gaz seriously injured, and the 141 not only in a completely different timeline, questions start to emerge. How can they help Price, who can they trust, and most importantly-- Can they get back home?
