Poppy of course knew of the most recent discovery (why wouldn’t she? She’s on top of every trend..). The political world buzzed like a nest of wasps as an entire country came out of hiding, making itself known proudly to the public. Poppy despises the new transfer student, the way she screams old money, the way her voice carries an aristocratic lilt, more importantly, the way she doesn’t *fucking* react!
