Summary
The Institute didn’t fall quietly.
Nate gave the underground residents a chance to flee before the walls came down; there's no telling who all listened or who all stayed. Shaun was already fading— worn thin by time, sickness. Nate stayed until the end, watch his last thread to this world die... then walked away and blew the place to Kingdom Come. The Commonwealth lived.
The monster in the dark was gone.
Life continued on.
They called him a hero.Nate only felt the weight of it all. Of the choices made, the family he lost, of a fight that never really ended for him.
He kept moving, fixing things, doing what people expected. It was easier than stopping. Easier than asking what came next. Sometimes another set of footsteps matched his own. Eyes that saw too much. They never said what it was, too afraid to push.
Then the attacks began.
Progress undone overnight. A new hand pulling strings, possibly from the Institute’s ashes. And whoever it is, they have their eyes set on the Commonwealth's beloved Vault Dweller.
War never changes. It just waits for the right moment to begin again.
And Nate has no idea how many are willing to go to war— for him this time.

After a long settlement between Maxson and Alan Danse’s false accusation as a Synth. The only logical explanation, was to remove from Danse the East Brotherhood Chapter forever. After the help of a few friends on the inside, Danse has been transferred to Memphis. where he will serve under Elder Brantley’s command. Things are quite different out there from The East Coast, with the city almost pre-war and folks with a much more laid back nature. Danse will have to adjust to this new way of living in Memphis.

Being 23 she had all the skills you can need, she was trained by the Elder and the Yautja’s, she even had a mate who was respectful to her and didn’t do anything to harm her. Desperate to be back on earth and finally having an opportunity she took it and kept running, in a way she was thankful they saved her and protected her but she wanted to return. After 15 years she finally steps on earth again, but freedom will only last so long, will her wish be fulfilled?

Draic (dray-ick) and Danse have a sweet, playful and caring relationship, but it's also difficult, demanding and stressful on both of them. Danse is a strong, confident man, but he has difficulty expressing himself. He's rather shy and becomes flustered quite easily around Draic and his constant need to express his love to Danse in every way he wishes to; verbally, emotionally, and physically. This story is about the relationship they begin together after Paladin Danse is no longer a Paladin and needs to adjust to regular civilian life, while Draic tries his best to protect him from the Brotherhood along the way.

Arthur Maxson and River Danse have both devoted the entirety of their lives to the Brotherhood of Steel, leaving little room for anything else—apart from the deep friendship and unspoken attraction they share. That is, until one potent moment shatters all that they have, leaving their relationship in smoldering ruins, throwing their beliefs and loyalties into question. Out of the ashes, something new arises. They don't want to want each other, but they do. They want to let go, but they can't. Summary
After learning Danse has never seen a movie before, Nate fixes up the Starlight Drive-In. When they watch an old world action film that features an actor who looks exactly like Danse, he ends up finding out more about his creation at the Institute than he ever could have expected. Out of the Brotherhood and unsure of his place in life, he becomes increasingly attached to Deacon — a committed member of the Railroad, a talented sniper, a synth (and, unbeknownst to Danse, a complete liar).

Thea just waits, lifting her head slightly to watch him better.
He starts again, “I never thought I would have this, or at least a version of this. I thought I would die in battle, for the Brotherhood, for humanity. I never gave the future much personal thought beyond the Brotherhood’s mission.” Danse stumbles here, throat wanting to close, “Then I thought I would die by either one of my former comrades or Maxson himself when the truth about my existence came to light.”
Duncan stirs slightly, eyebrows scrunching up, and Danse moves a hand just enough to brush against his arm, watching as those eyebrows relax, the boy’s falling back into peaceful sleep. “Some days I wonder if I am worthy of this,” he admits quietly.
