Summary
A few months after the end of the war with Erawan, Fenrys Moonbeam and Reina Ashryver Galathynius are on the hunt for the fourth remaining member of Maeve's former Cadre, Vaughn in order to ask him to join the newly formed Court of Terrasen.
They dock in a foreign kingdom that Fenrys has only been to once, and are wrapped into the mysteries surrounding the fourth member of the Cadre and his mate.
Then, the unthinkable happens, and Reina finds herself alone in a land she had never heard of.
Her courage and wit will be tested once again as she is forced to take up her sword and fight for her life one last time before the threat to everything she holds dear and everything her and her family worked so hard to save, reduces everything to ashes yet again.
Can she find the courage to fight again for what she has gained, or will she die in this last fight to save not just her world, but the male she has come to love.
