January 1924
Sun Yat-sen, the founder of the Kuomintang, has consolidated his power a year after the formation of the United Front with the Communist Party of China in collaboration with the Soviet Union.
Sun’s troops have secured Guangdong, maintaining the pragmatic alliances made with the greedy and unreliable militarists collaborating with the United Front. This combination of Communist aid and pragmatic alliances with other militarists is formidable enough to fight the Beiyang, Zhili, and Fengtian cliques, but it is also likely to be paralyzed by internal gridlock and inter-party warring.
In the path to achieving the victory of the United Front against the illegitimate republic’s bastard children, Sun must consolidate his forces. But unbeknownst to him, the shadow of another world coated with black crystals looms, swallowing the warring of China into itself.
Stranded in another world with his proteges, Soviet advisors, his trusted chief staff members, and his trusted deputies Wang Jingwei and Jiang Jieshi, Sun's Kuomintang must adapt and continue the revolution. But can he achieve his goal in a world paralyzed by war and despair?
