Rozalin didn’t have it in her to argue any more. She turned back to Adell’s mother, who wore a warm smile. “Thanks, Mrs…” she trailed off, realizing she had no idea of the woman’s name, nor of Adell’s family name.
“Just call me Mom,” she said.
