The mission was to dispose of a mystery serum no matter how the Ghosts handled it. It was supposed to be easy, but the Ghosts get back and Jade is unconscious, having been hit in the wreckage.
As it turns out, that large serum was an aphrodisiac. Meant to distract fighters by leaving them aroused and stuck, mostly alone to handle it. Sarah isn’t going to let her fight this on her own, not after what she’s heard.

Summary
The more The Warden thinks on it, Jade may have a point. All of the outfits she had planned for this specific mission were dedicated to Min’s kind of clientele, the kind leaves someone open and easy. Only aesthetic, and nothing feels practical about any of it, even with safety shorts. A neckline that deep could work, of course that stays, but looking at her now she knows damn well Jade isn’t exactly going to be able to sell elegant and sexy, her specific fashion sense highlights this. As a leader, it’s her job to fix this.
TLDR: Jade in a suit. Sarah actually thinking the mission through a little more and how doomed it is in the first place. Fix it if you squint.

Jade’s heart jumped. The thought vanished in her head, replaced by that familiar instinct to calm before anything got worse. “Okay!” she cried, reaching up to grab Pey'j's arm. “Alright, I’m sorry!”
Pey’j relaxed a bit at her touch, but still huffed in anger. “I promised to keep you safe,” he grunted.
“I know you did,” she said, forcing a reassuring smile. “It’ll be fine. I’m sorry, I’m just – just trying to get all the facts.”
Slowly, he took a deep breath and sat back down. Dolph relaxed minutely, but he looked poised to bolt. Bullfrog didn’t take his eyes off him.

All that Jade really remembered was a life with Uncle Pey'j. He'd been the one taking care of her when her parents died. He raised her and helped her become the investigative reporter she was. But when they're arrested, when she gets hurt in Min's penthouse and he begins acting strange, she'd forced to confront how good that life really was.
Maybe she just wants to get away from him. And maybe that makes her guilty.

As Sarah Fisher, Warden of the Supermaxx Prison Facility was given the privilege by the Board Of Directors. To assemble and use her own team of special services.
Of course, her unwilling candidates would be criminals or enemies of Eden. Maybe even some civilians if they could qualify for the job.
For now, she has set her eye on some particular individuals.
A wrestler, that while having a clear record could be of use with some of the missions or as a meat shield.
A nosy Reporter that has been poking her nose where she shouldn't, and her companion who's quite the Engineer with technology.
An Assassin of the Brotherhood itself, perhaps one of the most important 'victories' of Eden at the moment.
If you don't count catching Public Enemy number two, Terrorist Dolph Laserhawk. A valuable asset to achieve the Warden's goals.
And finally...
Literally two kids, that while chosen at first as a twisted way of mercy.
Will prove to be much more important to the team, due to their... Unusual fixation with what most would consider mere superstition.
