Summary
The Doctor crashes into Night City and after the TARDIS is stolen and both himself and several civilians are caught in the crosshairs of a shoot-out between the NCPD, MaxTac, and an alien tech enhanced Cyber-psycho, the Doctor decides that during his mission to repair the TARDIS, he’s gonna help make Night City a better place and he’ll need to break a lot of his own rules to make that happen.

Ember Carlin is your average 22-year-old woman learning to be a writer and researcher. She spends every Sunday morning meeting up with her mother, she spends every night studying strange technology except for every Sunday night, when she goes out with her friends. However, she has secrets. Since she was 15, she has been trying to learn about a mysterious traveler. She knows a lot about the traveler, but she never expected to meet him, but then everything changes when she stumbles on a strange slime-like monster at work and a strange man, with a reassuring smile and eyes that yet belonging to such a young man, seem to show centuries of pain and laughter, tells her to run and nothing is the same after.
