Summary
Suna Rintarou thought very little of the Miya twins feisty little cousin who started at Inarizaki his third year. When he sees you again after you've done some growing up he thinks about you more than he would care to admit. Of course he knows that if your cousins knew about his thoughts they would promptly take a baseball bat to his knees before ever approving of any form of relationship. Ignoring his attraction to you is now even harder since you are starting your physical therapy residency working with his team, but you just look so cute when you're annoyed.
You, the younger cousin of the Miya twins grew up in a chaotic home of constant fighting, bickering, and pestering. While you might love them, you are beyond ready to step out of their looming (and often overbearing) shadows . Ready to be known as more than just the littlest Miya. That proves to be more difficult than you thought when you're thrust back into the world of volleyball and possibly even into the arms of your cousins infuriating friend.

Summary
Rintarou’s mind was filled with questions: why did he aim exclusively for perfection? Why did he never want to settle for slightly less? And why did he gain so much happiness from risking everything just to score a single point under the Tokyo gym lights, despite his obvious exhaustion? Rintarou hated his stubbornness and his own inability to erase that foolish grin from his mind even more.

Summary
"I killed a man."
The happy chatter quickly dampened, those eight pairs of eyes swiveling back to him. Just like on the boat. But Rin wasn't looking at them, staring down at his untouched glass. He swirled at the stem, a soft smile breaking the neutrality of his face.
"Well, that's a lie. He wasn't a man, just a boy."

Summary
The Suna and Miya families have hated each other for years. Suna Rintarou thought Osamu would be just like his loudmouth twin—but he’s not. He’s quieter. Smarter. Infuriatingly kind. And now he’s confessing, begging Suna to reject him so he can move on.
Suna doesn’t.
Instead, he kisses him.
And Atsumu walks in right as things get very hard to explain.

Summary
But now, Osamu’s eyes are full of warmth this time, gleaming in the light and softening around the edges as he thinks Suna’s words over. The corners of his lips turn upward only slightly before he speaks.
“I don’t know either. Wanna not cope together?”
Suna blinks at the proposition and suddenly realizes what’s in front of him: another trauma ridden man, from the same circumstance, but on the other end of the spectrum.
It hits him like a truck, almost knocks the breath out of him. How could he be so selfish? So he answers, almost inaudibly, because Osamu is waiting on bated breath.
“Yes.”
Osamu’s grin is absolutely divine.

Summary
Suna Rintarou will always be his mother’s child. From the moment he was able to pinpoint having consciousness, one of the earliest things he knew was that he looked like her—the ongoing joke that his father's genes never even put up a fight was something he'd hear often—a literal copy and paste. Nine months in the womb; flesh from flesh, blood from blood. They were bound to be close, it was to be expected; it was a bond that would not be easily severed.
In which Suna Rintarou breaks a promise.

Summary
Suna always had a bit of a soft spot for Osamu. Although he’d never admit it out loud, he’d always bend over backwards to get on his good side, even if it inconvenienced him a little. Okay, maybe a lot.
But there’s no way bros helping out bros meant teaching each other how to eat someone out.
…Right?

Summary
Disrupting the flow by going the different direction, hurrying instead of the walking. He seemed like a poor fool that was caught the wrong place and a wrong time, or a salary worker realising that he might have spent too much time out and needs to go home. Nonetheless, Suna Rintarou was not running away from something, contrary to how it might seem like he was peeking behind his back, and how his face carries a sort of worry—it was far from it. It was the opposite, he was running towards something.
Suna Rintarou finds himself talking to an old friend.

Summary
If he was a good and respectable man, maybe he would stop his actions and go back home, apologise to his boyfriend and sort things out, but he was neither respectable and his goodness is quite questionable and so he continued his walk.
Maybe it was out of the tiny conscience he miraculously harbours that allows himself to at least contemplate the repercussions of what he will be doing—well what he has been doing for months now. Whatever fleeting thought he allows himself to simmer for a bit, maybe one day can turn him to do the opposite, never works out. Rintarou will end up doing whatever he wants to do, even if it comes at the expense of hurting people he knows. There's the saying of the end never justifying the means and clearly in his case, the end being his happiness and satisfaction is not justified by the acts he partakes to achieve it.
In which Suna Rintarou would rather drag someone else into his mess, ruin his friendship, and strain team dynamic rather than communicate about how he feels.
