Summary
As the once-united Kingdom of Valinia recovers from the barrage of storms that ended the royal line, the High Lords and Ladies are forced to answer one question: Who will now govern them? Who dares to throw the first stone in Valinia's calm waters? If it were up to the five Children of Valinia, they would put peace first so their beloved Kingdom could enter a new state of being. But it is too late. Their parents, the High Lords and Ladies, have laid the seeds of war for years. So has a familiar, foreign threat to the shores of Valinia. It is up to the Children of Valinia to stop this impending storm. In doing so, they must learn what true power means. What does it give us? What does it take from us? And most importantly, where is it harvested?
