Summary
In a world without Rudeus, how do the lives of his three wives pan out? While that is the basic concept for the story, the original prompt was 'what if Roxy and Sylphiette were more than just adventuring partners in other timelines?' I tried to stay loyal to the setting, but some points I may not have fully understood or wanted to play around with how the world may work if things were tweaked slightly. I also tried writing with people who haven't read Mushoku Tensei in mind, though I likely failed in that regard. As the first thing I've written in nearly a decade, I'm sorry if it's not very good. I tried my best and hope people at least enjoy parts of the story.

Summary

You've heard and seen this premise many times before: A Female Rudeus Greyrat. However, you'd be mistaken if you were to think this story was exactly that.
What if Rudeus's soul was female and was born into a female body? What things would play out differently? Would the same friendships would be forged? Throughout the course of this story, changes are made; changes that would escalate the story in a way that is completely different than Mushoku Tensei.
In this story, Lumina Greyrat alters the course of the Six-Faced World's history in ways that Rudeus couldn't. Not only because she is female, but because of the choices she makes and the impact that her original personality has on others.

A major plot point in Mushoku Tensei is the displacement incident during which many characters get teleported. The teleportation destinations were not fixed and were completely random. This fanfic examines my interpretations of what might happen if a character was teleported somewhere completely different—namely Zenith Greyrat.
