Summary
Tallulah truly hated the attic. It was dusty, bare, cold and worst of all it was small, with just enough room to stretch her legs in the bed.
There were no widows, the only light coming from the hatch on the floor and one old lamp.
Okay there was one window, but it hardly counted, seeing as it was boarded up with wood planks.
That was probably why she didn’t notice The Angel right away.
