Summary
He's been Andrew Martin for a long time now and has gotten used to his entirely human form. Sometimes, he even forgets he was once anything else.
So when his wife says that they've never really gotten married, he's justifiably confused. Then he realises she's right, he hadn't been Andrew Martin when she married for the first time. He's not too bothered expect Isobel seems upset by it. He wonders how he can fix it.
And then Isobel tells him about vowel renewals.

Summary
Gulliver never used to like his his father. His father, on a scale of good dad to bad dad was mediocre. A solid C, most days. Passing but only on the merit that Gulliver is still alive and doesn't have any major trauma.
Then his dad had a mental breakdown, streaked through the streets naked and came back acting weird.
And even more weirdly, Gulliver thinks he prefers his dad like this.
